Why?

From the early 1970’s when I was still in high and had started marching in the Alabama Charioteers Drum & Bugle Corps, I dreamed of marching with the Cavaliers. Years later, when the opportunity arose, after two years of college, I left my music major, gave up my college scholarship, and moved from Birmingham, Alabama to Chicago in January, 1974 solely to be in the Cavaliers.
